Option 1 – Defective Items Only: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 01274 660479 with the product details and description of the defect. The defective item should be sent to:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. If deemed eligible, we will process either the refund or replacement using your original method of payment.
Option 2 – General Refunds: We accept returns for unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your return request is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe the product is defective, please reach out to us promptly at 01274 660479 with details of the defect. You can return the defective item to:
